From designing and providing high quality fitness equipment and solutions, we also have an in-house service provision to ensure our customers experience is one of the very best in the industry. Our service and maintenance on our Inspace products are always thorough, prompt and reliable. We have excellent first-time fix rates, and these are constantly improving. This is supported by our ‘Inspace Fitness Asset Management and Service Portal’ which all our customers can access and use completely free of charge 24 hours a day.

Our service team is also growing and with that comes more expertise, more coverage and even faster response times and fix rates.

Not only do we service and maintain our own Inspace Fitness product ranges, we started in 2023 to service and maintain numerous other brands, as in many cases gyms, will have a selection of best in class products. Rarely now will any fitness operation have only one brand of product in their facility. Therefore, we made the decision to expand our service provision and since doing this have brought peace of mind, significant cost savings and an alternative offer to many of our current and new customers. 

We provide full-service cover, post warranty maintenance and service options and general callout options to assess and fix broken or damaged machines.
