story

Inspace was founded on the belief that everyone deserves access to high quality and affordable fitness products and services. So we’re on a mission to revolutionise the industry and change it for the better by shaking up the tired traditional business model that’s led to inefficiencies and over-priced products.

Our two founders, Phill Griffin and Ben Steadman, have years of combined experience in almost every fitness sector, with a vast knowledge and network that spans the industry globally. It’s this considerable experience that made them both realise there must be a more efficient and smarter way of doing things.

Both Phill and Ben are extremely passionate about making real, positive changes within the fitness industry by forging strong partnerships that help to deliver quality, affordable and innovative commercial fitness solutions for customers and their end-users. We’re here to mix things up and pioneer a new way of working.

  • Ben Steadman Managing Director & Co-Owner

    Ben has worked in senior sales and business development roles at several UK fitness companies and has built an impressive network of clients globally. Prior to getting involved in the world of commercial fitness, Ben spent 18 years as a Physical Eduaction Officer within Her Majesty’s Prison Service. A challenging and solid platform to take on pretty much anything! Ben is now ready to build this new amazing brand and try to make a real difference and make a positive impact on the future of fitness.

  • Phill Griffin Sales Director & Co-Owner

    Phill has worked in various roles within the leisure and fitness industry for the past 22 years. After completing his YTS scheme with DC leisure and attaining a degree in Sports Science, he worked across operations and sales for some of the industry’s biggest names. Phill then joined Pulse Fitness Ltd where he worked his way up from Sales Executive to International Sales Director and built a global distribution business from scratch that now boasts 34 distributors across the world.
